Roles and Responsibilities About NHA : National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing India\xe2\x80\x99s flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called \xe2\x80\x9cAyushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana\xe2\x80\x9d & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and implementation of \xe2\x80\x9cNational Digital Health Mission\xe2\x80\x9d to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare. AboutAyushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri-Jan Arogya Yojana(AB PM-JAY): The Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri-Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) aims to to achieve the vision of Universal Health Coverage (UHC). This initiative has been designed to meet Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and its underlining commitment, which is to "leave no one behind." PM-JAY was announced by the Hon\xe2\x80\x99ble Prime Minister on 23rd September, 2018. It is currently being implemented in 36 States/UT\xe2\x80\x99s. Essential: (1) Bachelors\' Degree from any recognized University/ Institute (2) MBN PGDM from any recognised university 5 year\'s of working experience in Government Consulting atleast two projects of Central Government and one with any state government. Experience Essential 1) Minimum five years of experience in Government Consulting. Experience preferable Experience in large Public sector projects and health care/public health/ hospital networking project Preference will be given
Reporting to Division Head, Service Provider Engagement Division Key Responsibilities 1) Research assistant will support Director (Provider Operations) in carrying out activities involving but not limited to the domain of Provider Operations. 2) Assist in coordination with other teams for successful implementation and operations of the scheme 3) Responsible for CR raise, Ticket raise, cordination with stake holders. 4) Serve as the primary contact for Division head and work has a coordinators, IT support, Insights and other teams for all IT queries 5) Assist in the planning, coordination and facilitation of activities related to guideline formulation and implementation 6) Assist in improvement and evolution of TMS & lmpact(Prodcut) portal by suggesting changes and engaging stakeholders from multiple government and non - government entities 7) Arrange trainings, workshops, webinars etc. and / or identify / train master trainers for key topics that support Operationalization of empaneled Public & Private healthcare providers. 8) Engage in implementation of Provider Operations guidelines at state level and analysis of requests received from SHAs or other government schemes 9) Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field of health / health insurance 10) To deliver any other responsibility assigned by NHA from time to time. 11) Travel - 40% Traveling to be required
