As a member of the EPM team, this Information Technology Senior Consultant role will participate in the design and development of complex solutions in OneStream to support the enterprise performance management space. The role is also responsible for helping define, implement and enforce standards and best practices within OneStream and integrated processes.

The Team\xe2\x80\x99s Focus
The EPM team is responsible for supporting financial planning and analysis functions within OneStream for TransUnion\xe2\x80\x99s P&L, Balance Sheet, CapEx, Workforce Planning, and Consumer Subscription Revenue applications. OneStream runs 24 x 7 to supports close and forecast processing with users around the globe. Flexibility and openness are valued in our entrepreneurial, business-casual environment. It an end-to-end global close, forecasting, and reporting application for finance and accounting that will continue to grow into new areas of the business over the next few years including Tax, Close Consolidation, Cash Flow, Machine Learning, and AI. What You\'ll Bring: How You Will Contribute \xe2\x80\xa2 Partner with internal business resources and technical teams to lead requirements gathering for resolution towards complex issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and drive solution design and implementation for process and system improvements in OneStream. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and drive security, reporting analysis and forecasting configuration for OneStream to streamline FP&A functions and financial close consolidation and reporting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify and execute opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in development and oversee maintenance of code to ensure consistency, quality, best practices, and performance of applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead support of the broader OneStream product suite across financial applications and reporting tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and manage OneStream releases for improved FP&A process experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Guide junior resources as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology, finance, and accounting. \xe2\x80\xa2 Accountability for system administration, new application development, change management, and SOX controls. What You Will Bring \xe2\x80\xa2 Required Skills o Hands-on OneStream experience. o 5+ years VB.net experience. o 5+ years SQL experience. o 5+ years designing and delivering EPM/CPM based solutions to consolidation, forecasting and management reporting. o 7+ years supporting end-user processes (e.g., Close, Budget, Forecast) o Experience with automation (scripts and scheduling) o Strong technical background and experience with FP&A o A computer science degree is an advantage but not required. o Strong financial/accounting systems and business background. o Experience working with SOX systems and IT general controls and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Additional areas of experience and familiarity that are an advantage but not required o PeopleSoft or Oracle Fusion. o Workday o Unix/Linux o ETL tools o Security management o Data governance o SOX compliance Impact You\'ll Make: What We Offer We aim high \xe2\x80\x94 and are reaching for new heights every day.
