About the Role:

With the changing environment and dynamic nature of the wedding industry, brides and their families often face the dilemma of selecting the right kind of vendors for organising one of the most awaited celebratory events in their life. As a part of concierge, our team offers complementary consultation to brides to resolve their queries and connect them with relevant vendors

Specific Responsibility:

• Reaching out to all brides in daily calling queue and validating their requirements
• Receiving inbound requests and assisting users with website registration process
• Conducting reviews for newly married brides to collect vendor feedbacks for services offered

Skills and experience required for the position:

• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft-Excel & Word
• Team player with a positive attitude to help drive team targets
• Flexibility in working on a rostered shift

Education & Experience:

• Graduated/Pursuing graduation from a recognised institute/university
