What are you waiting for Learn more at Description Description: The UKG Global Services organization is responsible for product implementation, support, customer success, and relationship management for UKG customers worldwide. Our Global Services Operations (GSO) Communications team is looking for a Senior Communications & Enablement Strategist to support our external and internal operational communications efforts. This person will partner with Communications & Enablement leadership to deliver on the communications strategy for the status, serviceability and support of our products, manage crisis communications during product outages or unforeseen events, and develop internal-facing content to enable U Krewers to do their jobs and engage them around UKGs award-winning culture. This role requires strong writing skills, resourcefulness, unwavering focus on customers, and impeccable attention to detail and process. This is a hybrid role that is based in Noida, India, and will require on-call shifts outside of working hours, during weekends and on holidays. Fluency in English is required. Responsibilities Work with a multi-disciplinary crisis response team to draft and send customer communications on the status of our products during unforeseen outages or incidents. This is done via 24-hour, on-call rotation split across the team. Manage communications to customers, U Krewers, and partners on planned product maintenance and new product feature releases. Track outgoing communications and maintain a calendar of planned and unplanned communications for shared visibility and strategic decision making. Monitor effectiveness and impact of communications campaigns, delivery platforms, and technology usage by analyzing available data and gathering audience feedback. Use dashboards & reporting mechanisms to improve data-driven decision making and allow for ongoing improvements to our communications structure. Support strategic internal communications campaigns by developing targeted, written content for a variety of audiences. Review content for quality, accuracy, and effectiveness. Work with Knowledge Management team to facilitate the process for reviewing, publishing and updating content created to help optimize customers\' use of UKG products. Qualifications Requirements: 3-5+ years in internal, corporate, or strategic communications or customer support. Crisis or incident communications experience is a plus. Shift schedules include weekends, as well as on-call shifts outside of working hours, during weekends and on holidays. Self-directing and comfortable taking initiative. Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent writing skills, with a demonstrated ability to write in clear, concise language. Strong verbal communication skills, including meeting facilitation and formal presentations and documentation. Data driven, interested and passionate about measuring impact. Outstanding editing and proofreading skills, including strong command of grammar and punctuation and a commitment to clear, concise, and accurate language/content. Experience With Salesforce, Mail Merge, And Microsoft Excel Preferred.
