- Senior Network Engineer (Network Services)

What you will do

Implement/Design/Maintain/Troubleshoot various layers & network technologies including Routing, Switching, Security, WAAS (Wide Area Application Services), Wireless controllers & Access Points, SDWAN, and Load balancer.
Design/maintain/Troubleshoot network equipment to ensure services are maintained according to the design standards defined
Will be part of the on-call roster for out-of-hours support and effectively engage in Critical/Sev-1 incidents, related communication/notification, and details RCA (Root Cause Analysis) preparation
Produce and maintain technical documents, design manuals/run books for the associated services for this team in line with corporate standards.
Identifies and acts upon opportunities for continuous improvement to reduce risks, optimize efficiency, and capacity and improve standards.
Work with different Vendors and Service Providers for faster and more accurate resolution/implementation.
Playing an accountable role along with the team while handling the operations issues and delivering the assigned projects
Engage in technical development/hiring for Network support engineers.

Essential Knowledgebase:
Mandatory Skills:
10+ years of experience in Implementing/Designing/supporting/maintaining/troubleshooting large-scale enterprise-level network infrastructure including packet-level analysis
The candidate should hold rich experience in corporate LAN (Local Area Network) & WAN (Wide Area Network) infrastructure
Extensive experience in Implementation/Designing/Troubleshooting experience in routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, MPLS) and Switching (VSS/STP, etc.)
Extensive experience in Implementation/Designing/Troubleshooting experience on Cisco Routers (ASR/ISR), Switches (4500/9400/9300/3850/Nexus), Wireless (WLC- 9800, 9100,3800 series LWAP (Access Points))
Strong experience in Integration/API protocols and data formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML, Oauth, SAML, Open ID Connect, etc.) & integration with backend systems \xe2\x80\x93 CRM/ERP
Good experience with Database like MS SQL, Redis and Mongo DB.
Good understanding of Network Automation tools and languages like Python, Ansible, Chef, Salt stack and Jenkins.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud deployment technologies
Operations or Systems Administration experience, particularly on Linux
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud deployment technologies
Experience working with Restful APIs.
Able to conduct research into applications and products as required.
Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on expertise in packet analysis using industry-standard tools like Wireshark
Experience in Network management, monitoring, and Ticketing tools such as DNA-C, Prime, SNOW (Service Now), etc.
Expertise in analyzing sys logs & evaluating show tech debugs
Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills
maintaining/troubleshooting WAN (Wide Area Network) Optimization devices
Basic knowledge of solving problems Firewalls and Load balancers (Palo Alto and F5)
Candidate has worked on the newest technologies (AWS (Amazon Web Services) or Azure Cloud, DNA-C) and automation (Python and Ansible)
Good documentation skills on Visio, MS-Office
Experience with automation/scripting using Python/Ansible etc.
