Job Description
Summary: PlanSource is a high-growth software company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with offices in Salt Lake City, Charleston and Bangalore. We are hiring a Sr. Cloud IT Engineer at our Bangalore office to contribute to our rapid product development pace. Our Engineers work collaboratively to set the technical direction for our SaaS products, developing easy-to-use solutions for our customers. About You: Core Responsibilities / Duties include:
- This person would need to be able to work independently on tickets, projects and handle issues that arise during the work week. - (Must have)
- Design, implement and maintain AWS infrastructure (Must Have)
- Troubleshoot AWS issues and provide timely resolution (Must Have)
- AWS networking between multiple accounts. - (Must have)
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using AWS tools
- Create and maintain documentation related to AWS systems and processes
- Provide support and guidance to other teams on AWS-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AWS
- Oversee and follow up on all installed systems and infrastructure (cloud and on prem)
- Collaborate with DevOps and Software Engineers to provide the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability (cloud and on prem)
- Assist with escalated support issues
- Ability to diagram in Visio or Lucid
- Ability to manage Solarwinds or other monitoring tool. (Must have)
- VMware knowledge related to network setup and configuration. ? (Some Knowledge)
- Windows server knowledge (Some knowledge)
- Dell blade server understanding ? (Nice to have).
- 4+ years? experience
- Working hours
