Come join the "Corporate Finance Planning Ecosystems and Data Team" as a "Sr. Business Systems Analyst". The team enables company-wide financial forecasting, budgeting, reporting and analytic tools. The team's goal is to scale tools that assist leaders and finance partners to make investment decisions with speed, ease and confidence. Team is responsible for supporting financial planning tools, troubleshooting, and sharing best practices with the Finance Planning and Analysis (FP&A) community across Intuit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, with 6-8 yrs related financial planning systems experience
• Technical experience administering Corporate Performance Management Suites (e.g. Oracle Cloud EPM, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, EDM, DRM etc); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Solid background in metadata management, data warehousing with hands on SQL experience
• Nice to have experience with streamlining processes and automation (Python, MaxL, R etc) to build process efficiencies such as automated data validation to improve data quality; automated data processing, system monitoring, user security to improve administration etc
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting processes such as functional experience with supporting Month end Close activities for Corporate Finance
• Awesome team player with energy, enthusiasm and detail orientation to produce high quality deliverables in a fast paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
• Extensive experience in working with cross-functional business team with ability to negotiate and influence project outcomes

Ability to prioritize and plan work to meet time-based deliverables

Responsibilities

• Sr. Business Systems Analyst will build and administer financial planning solutions and provide support for Financial planning, reporting and finance operations.
• Ensure operational excellence and streamline processes across the FP&A Planning Ecosystems (Oracle Cloud EPM, EDM, Data Management and Qlik)
• Prototype and iterate on new planning, data and analytics solution ideas to improve insights, automate or reduce manual work; Effectively manage the change that results from the introduction of new technology and processes
• Build or enhance customer empathy and relationships through providing technical and functional support, communication and end user training
• Partner with business/finance and technology teams to gather requirements/use cases and drive solutions end-to-end
