The purpose of the role is to help drive a profitable business growth as well as maintain strong controls over the financial planning and reporting of the Country/Cluster. Key objective will be to partner closely with the cluster/country head and Finance Lead on supporting the cluster business decisions with data driven analytics and business insights. Responsibilities will also include overseeing quarter-end close, co-ordinate with controllership and ensuring compliance to applicable policies standards. This role will be part of the Emerging Markets Finance team. The primary business interactions will be with the Sales and Marketing team in Central Asia Frontier Markets, Emerging Region Finance team and controllership. Your Contribution: Be Yourself. Be Open. In this role you will: Partner with the cluster sales head in making sound financial decisions, own the PL by managing the budgets and drive predictability while achieving business results. Provide financial leadership to the cluster Sales marketing team through data based analytics, trends key insights from a finance perspective. Work together with the finance Lead quarterly financial planning process across the Categories, Accounts, Country/cluster to properly reflect the business opportunities and risks. Report and review key performance indicators such as Revenue, Margins, Sell Through/Sellout, Channel Inventory and operating expense. Perform quarter end close accruals, actual reporting, post close reconciliations (Distributor/Retailer incentives, promotions and marketing activities) and track quarterly spending (Soft$ Marcom). Maintain solid foundation of business operation supported by effective process controls and ensuring strict adherence to internal policies. Key Qualifications: University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics 5+ years of FPA experience in Consumer electronics, IT, Retail or FMCG industry. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Ability to drive change and influence business results. Attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Expert in Excel; Experience in Tableau, Oracle Essbase planning systems such as OneStream preferred.
