Sr. Business Development Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a resilient, emphatic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business Development Manager is responsible for finding clients, closing calls and retaining them. Responsibilities:

  • Familiarizing yourself with all the services offered by our company.
  • Procuring new clients through direct contact (Callings & emails, etc.), word-of-mouth, and collaboration with teammates.
  • Generate leads from online portals like LinkedIn, Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, PPH, Glassdoor, Angellist, Craigslist, etc.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  • Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
Requirements:
  • Must have a strong track record of success within sales, ideally within the IT industry.
  • Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
  • Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
  • Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication (written and verbal) & interpersonal skills
  • Experience in staff augmentation.
  • Professional yet affable disposition.
  • Resourceful, with outstanding research and networking skills.
NOTE: Need to have proven past experience in IT industry only. Experience: 4+ years Location: Remote Work Days: 5 Days Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?80,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
