As an Entitlement Policy Management System Business Analyst in Micron\'s Identity & Access Governance Team (IAG), you will be at the center of designing and improving Micron\'s access controls on a global scale! This position allows you to be highly influential in the efforts to protect Micron\'s valuable IP (intellectual property). You will partner with collaborators from across the network to ensure that access solutions support our \'zero trust\' initiative and enable \'need-to-know-only\' access. You will work with every business unit across the Micron network and collaborate with Site IP Contacts, Site and Area Leaders, Local IT, Human Resources, and more. This is a dynamic role that will have a very huge impact! Key Responsibilities Partner with business and security representatives from across the Micron network to define, maintain, and administer data and software access controls within Micron\'s entitlement policy management software to ensure \'need to know\' access Build and maintain strong working relationships with individuals and groups involved in managing information risks across the organization Evaluate upcoming organizational changes and the impact that those changes may have on access needs to ensure no disruption to business operations, and also to ensure we maintain \'need to know\' access Evaluate access requests and proposed policy changes from end-users, seek clarifications and ensure all information provided is accurate and thorough, work with IP managers to review and approve, implement approved changes into production. Create new policies and access roles as warranted by new data and software releases Look for opportunities to proactively monitor, review and adjust \'need to know\' access Ensure that the queue of access requests is addressed promptly while still receiving the proper review and approvals. Skills and Proficiencies Knowledge of directory services such as LDAP, AD, Azure AD Knowledge of coarse-grained and fine-grained entitlements, including enterprise roles and role design Experience with access policy administration (preferred) Willing to speak up either in support or disagreement of the topic at hand. Comfortable highlighting concerns and driving them to resolution. Able to respectfully challenge requests and participate in debate Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, with an exceptional attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Excel Can work on several tasks simultaneously and stay abreast of new information and dynamic situations Comfortable working independently with little guidance, and an ability to use resources effectively to bring clarity to required actions Demonstrated partnership and collaboration, willingness to assist others, and skilled at building strong peer relationships Knowledge of Micron\'s frontend manufacturing applications (preferred) Familiarity with the semiconductor manufacturing process (preferred) Familiarity with the categories of data produced at a semiconductor manufacturer and the general sensitivity levels of each, as well as which teams should be allowed or restricted from accessing those categories of data (preferred) Familiarity with Micron\'s overall organizational structure and the job roles that exist across all branches of the company (preferred) Education & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years professional work experience Experience working at a Micron facility is highly preferred, particularly in frontend manufacturing
