The WW Sales Order Operations team at Elastic are the liaisons between many organizations within Elastic. This individual will be part of the systems and tools team. The systems and tools team in the sales operations group. This individual will be responsible for supporting applications used in the go to market organization.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Certify and become the resident expert on designated applications
• Review and approve user provisioning requests
• Responsible for license management of designated applications
• Responsible for crafting the application's permission sets in discussion with business and IT
• Governance of roles and role based access in the applications
• Resolve application related tickets from business and functional units
• Establish relations with the application vendor and system integrator
• Schedule and deliver quarterly business reviews with critical application vendors

What You Bring Along:

• 5+ years work experience in sales operations roles
• Experience in application administration will be an added advantage
• Proven ability to analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and craft recommendations and results
• Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills and the ability to adjust on the fly to new demands with a sense of urgency
• Able to work and collaborate across global zones
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
• Power user level proficiency in one or more of the following application sets

• SFDC
• Lean Data
• Aviso / Clari
• Demand Tools
• Alteryx
• Tableau
• D&B Optimizer

Bonus Points:

• Certification in any of the below application sets

• SFDC

• Tableau
