End-to-end management of the telesales operations for the insurance vertical.
Lead and supervise a team of Team Leaders and Sales Executives to ensure daily/monthly sales targets are achieved.
Drive performance through structured sales strategies, team motivation, and performance review.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to improve productivity and conversions.
Train and coach the telesales team to maintain a strong, high performing workforce.
Collaborate with senior management on planning and executing business growth strategies.
Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines in telesales processes.
Design and implement sales structures to maximize performance and motivation.
Candidate Requirements:
Must have extensive
experience in telesales (minimum 7-10 years),
with at least 4+ years in a managerial or branch head role.
Insurance background is a must 70-80% of the candidates experience should be in the insurance domain.
Should have
handled large telesales teams
and achieved exceptional sales results.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets and contributing to revenue growth.
Strong knowledge of insurance products, customer lifecycle, compliance and sales funnel management.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead from the front and drive results.
Ability to handle pressure, solve problems, and work in fast-paced sales driven environment.
Tech-savvy and data oriented approach to performance tracking and reporting.
