We help our customers to design, develop and implement new-age technology solutions by providing expert consultants and guidance. Calibi works on a niche technology range that consists of ERP solutions like Cloud, Data Analytics, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, and Kronos. We help our customers in developing new products or revamping their existing products under the following technology stack: Python, Java, DevOps, and Java Script, Node.JS. Job Type - Fulltime Onsite Qualification: Minimum 12th Grade/Diploma Holder/Discontinued Degree Holder/Continuing/Completed. Shift Hours - 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM or 7 - 4:30 AM IST Location - Onsite in Hyderabad Compensation - Lucrative Recurring Commission per placement What you will do : Bench Sales Recruiter/ US IT Recruitment Must Have:
  • Strong network in US IT and nice to have network in any other demographics(Canada , LATAM etc)
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience with excellent track record.
  • Should be self driven and who can work with least or without supervision.
  • Must adhere to companies policy and code of conduct.
  • Must know the client/prime vendors which accepts visas other than USC, GC, H1B & H4
  • Must have managed TN, OPT, E3, L2 visas bench with excellent placement record.
What you should do:
  • Consults with hiring managers/vendors to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.
  • Responsible for full-cycle Bench Sales recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before marketing. \xc2\xb7 Regular interaction and follow-up with Bench consultants, identifying their needs and placing them on projects in a timely manner.
  • Creating a vast network of Prime Vendor contacts, Account Manager contacts, and Client Handling manage contacts.
  • Managing complete cycle of Bench sales.
  • Grow Prime vendor/implementation Partner network to help better placement.
  • Nice to know ways for business development through bench sales.
