Job Description
Title: Bench Sales Recruiter Experience: 4+ Years, Immediate Joining are most preferred. Location: Hyderabad Shift timings: CST time zone (7:30pm-4:30am IST) Roles & Responsibility:
- Looking for a self-starter and aggressive team player with a good knowledge on various IT technologies in the market.
- Should be organized to recruit consultants for Marketing.
- Good Communication (both verbal & written) & organization skills are mandatory.
- Should have good understanding of various US work authorizations (OPT/CPT/All Kinds of EAD\xe2\x80\x99s/USC)
- Expertise in hiring Job portals, Universities and Social networks recruiting.
- Experience in Job Postings for W-2 Hiring.
- Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to bench.
- Explaining and Negotiating compensation/packages, assessing relevant experience, education, skills, qualification to determine pay type/rate, and relocation/FTE benefits for the consultants.
- Coordinating the entire recruitment process until the consultant is on-boarded.
- Must be able to work independently in a fast-growing environment.
