Flexible hours and 100% commission based Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement. Well Versed with Marketing Bench Consultants. Submit the candidates for the suitable positions and follow up with Vendors on Phone regarding the rates and client interviews. Excellent communication skills are MUST. Market the consultants to a wide range of contacts, via social media, profile postings on portals etc. Good understanding on bench sales and marketing of the resources. Marketing the consultant resumes of different skill sets and placing them mainly on a C2C basis. Understanding of USA Visa(H1,L1,H4EAD ,GC, Citizen) and TAX policies . Desired Candidate Profile: Bench Sales Recruiter 5 +years Must have Knowledge about the Bench Sales cycle . Good Communication Skills . Must have good knowledge about the USA Visa Policies. Must have a huge database of the vendors (Please mention list of top vendors in your resume for our reference and the Prime Vendors). Should have strong relations with the Prime vendors. Ability to recruit and marketing & sales for CTC/1099/W2/Full time. Should have good knowledge of USA Tax Terms. Demonstrated ability to source and hire candidates for targeted consultants from job portals/sub vendors/referrals/social networking sources plus, prior experience with behavioral interviewing techniques. Having Direct contacts with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating a new relationship with new vendors. Must demonstrate a high degree of initiative to meet the demands of a high-volume recruiting environment. Experience sourcing candidates through networking, internet postings, internal applicants, job boards, etc. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion. Ability to successfully work on multiple client/preferred vendor requirements/requisitions at any given time. Recruiting tools experience is a plus . Job Type: Freelance Benefits:
