Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and other beverages as per standard recipes. Supervise and guide bartenders and bar assistants during operations. Develop innovative cocktail menus and seasonal specials to enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at the bar counter. Manage inventory of liquor, glassware, and bar supplies; coordinate with purchase team for requirements. Train new staff in beverage preparation, garnishing, and customer service. Interact with guests to provide recommendations and ensure satisfaction. Handle cash/billing at the bar counter as required. Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service of liquor as per company policy.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
