Sr Automation Test Engg -

Detailed JD *(Roles and Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automated test frameworks using Java to support functional and regression testing.
• Perform Performance Testing using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) to identify bottlenecks and ensure system scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) for continuous quality assurance.
• Conduct code reviews for test automation scripts to ensure maintainability, reusability, and compliance with coding standards.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices to ensure full coverage of functional and non-functional requirements.
• Drive and coordinate regression testing execution at every delivery stage (dev, staging, canary ..) to ensure early detection of issues and consistent product quality.
