It entailsfollowing the complete process- assistin - creating checklists, conducting audits asper thedefinedtimelines,publishingthe auditreports andpreparing forpresentations tobeconducted quarterly.Therolebearermust adherebytheguidelinessetby thebank for auditreports-makingthe audit processmore efficient contributing to thelargerobjectives of the bank. RolessResponsibilities: ₹ AssistAuditManagertodefine auditscope. ? Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation,reports, data,flowcharts. ? Assistinexecuting audit plan asper agreedtimelines,draft auditreports. ? Supportindevelopingoperational expertise incore areas andleverage ininternal audits. ? Developandmaintainprofessionalrelationswithauditees. ? Supportinpreparingaudit committeepresentationsforauditsheldduringeachquarter. ? Search indicators ofincorrect, unusual orfraudulenttax returns. ? Actively follow-upon compliance to the auditreportsissued. ? Documentprocessandprepareauditfindingsmemorandum. ? Captureand share best-practiceknowledge amongstthe team. ? Listthedeliverablesotherthanprimary,butessentialfortherole. ? Leverage in-house synergiesthrough collaborationwith internalstakeholders. ? Stay abreastwithglobalmarkettrends andcompetitorstrategiesinkeymarkets.
