We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our HRS team located in Bangalore. The Sr. Associate will work closely with the HR teams in the US to provide a variety of HR services to North American Employees.
We have an immediate need for dedicated professionals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
People Soft - HRMS data management and support HR processes for North America regions
Responding to inquiries accurately and timely regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, job transfer, payroll deductions, etc.
Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification/visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance.
Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times
Innovative with a commitment to change and process improvement applying KAIZEN and LEAN methodologies
Integrity and discretion in dealing with sensitive information and ensure data privacy at all times
Track ,measure and report Service Level Commitment-SLC metrics at different intervals to ascertain the process performance health and identify improvement areas
Build process maturity and provide value add to the customers through productivity and cost gains

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources 2-3 years of overall experience with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. The employee will be required to do evening and night shifts mandatorily (US shifts). The employee will be required to do evening and night shifts mandatorily (US shifts).
Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with larger NA HRS team and Site HR at all levels Strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills Strong decision making and problem solving skills Ability to multi-task in fast-paced dynamic environment Agility to change in a fast growing environment Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Visio Application of Phone and email etiquette in customer interactions Knows when to escalate -Ability to be receptive to the peer/general feedback -Experience in peoplesoft and data management.
