About the Department

The Commercial & Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.

The Position

As a Web Designer-AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) (Content Authoring), you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties:

You will collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style and layout. You will be Liaising with internal IT/external vendors, when required to execute projects. Alongside, co-ordinate with different stakeholders to ensure periodic updates in websites including modifying resource, withdrawal of resources etc.

You will liaise with creative agencies across US time zones to collect digital assets. You will be responsible to collate, categorise and upload digital assets, supporting files and references in AEM. Additionally, you will manage workflows on AEM and manage the front-end interface of digital assets and track expiry date of the assets across multiple brands. You will also develop templates needed for asset management and deactivate assets upon user request.

  • You will develop, maintain and adapt creative content to be used in multiple channels and design banners, spots and other graphical elements for multiple channels
  • Develop infographics, creative branded content for webpages, newsletters and symposiums
  • Leverage previous experience working with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and build custom pages based on stakeholder requirements. You will esure optimal UI experience and modify existing webpages for better web experience
  • You will be responsible to effectively manage multiple stakeholders, manage a high volume of projects and last minute requests that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize a fluctuating workload
  • You will identify issues with the web content management system or content to be deployed and flag them, ensuring timely resolution. Working cross functionally with internal IT team to improve systems will be an important part of this role.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with results in top 10%, with relevant business experience, e.g. from web designing firms
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in web designing and hands-on experience in web content management, preferably in healthcare/pharma industry
  • Hands-on experience working with AEM (AEM certification is a plus)
  • Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint projects & in handling multiple file formats for images and videos
  • Edit, proofread and improve writers' posts, liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
  • Experience with web content translation/localization processes and manage multiple global websites
  • Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS and web publishing
  • Expert in content optimization and driving consistency in brand communication
  • Pro-actively work to develop and anchor relevant knowledge as new standards such as best practice models, templates required in other projects
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
