Creates visualizations for the data extracted with the help of Tableau Updating SQL queries for improving performance Participate in the continuous improvement of operations and service delivery in the areas of Tableau analytics and cloud integration Coordinate tasks and drive actions across teams within Pfizer and with external partners in a global environment. Troubleshoot complex production issues with APIs, identify source of the issue and fix/work with the appropriate team to get the issue fixed Manage high priority incidents and systems issues. If required, assist the team in troubleshooting and diagnosing problems and engage others to ensure timely resolution. Partner with Solution Delivery and Engineering leads to define and implement supportability requirements and manage transition of projects to long-term support through well-defined support plans. Manage data collection efforts for periodic and ad hoc requests and provide analysis as needed. Support compliance related activities including audits, inspections, and preparation. Confirm the technical design and integration requirements with various systems to support processes that require data exchange Create, update, and maintain support documentation. Qualifications Must-Have Bachelors degree required, preferably in a Computer Science. Minimum of 3+ years of experience building data models and dashboards in Tableau Desktop Proficient in SQL, Tableau features, Data Optimization, a keen eye for design Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases and familiarity with database modeling and data warehousing principles Building dashboards for different audiences Excellent analytical skills to analyze business needs Problem-solving skills to resolve the issues that appear during development and/or that appear after production deployment Strong experience troubleshooting and resolving priority production incidents within the SLAs Excellent oral and written communication skills. Curiosity and willingness to learn, and ability to quickly develop new technical and functional competencies. Ability to adapt to new work assignments, flexibility, and willingness to work with a global team across regions and time zones Nice-to-Have Knowledge of systems within Market Access and Revenue Management function in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry. Tableau administrative experience Tableau certifications Experience in handling various Tableau products (Desktop, Public, Server, Online, and Reader) Working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture Process-oriented with strong organization, project management and coordination skills
