Job Description
EXO Edge is looking for an experienced Sr Associate for Regulatory Compliance in Legal function. You will be involved in day-to-day operations management.
In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
Primarily focused on:
- Review applications for obtaining licenses for virtual assets
- Manages organization and implementation of compliance audits
Fulfilling the below roles and responsibilities:
- Review applications for obtaining licenses for virtual assets
- Evaluate compliance risk assessments to identify compliance issues, concerns, and deficiencies.
- Conduct complex investigations in response to potential violations of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Manages organization and implementation of compliance audits.
- Coaches, reviews and delegate work
- Good time management skills with great attention to detail
Bringing in the below experience:
- 3-4 Years in a Corporate /LPO industry in Regulatory Compliance
- Company Secretary and a Law Graduate. Preference shall be given to a candidate who has worked on projects within the financial services sector.
Technically sound in:
- Strong computer skills (proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word required)
Based at:
- Mohali
