EXO Edge is looking for an experienced Manager for Regulatory Compliance in Legal function. You will lead a team of reviewers be involved in day-to-day operations management.
In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
Primarily focused on:

• Conducting detailed legal research on relevant regulations and guidelines across various cross-border jurisdictions to process and obtain operational licenses in the fintech industry.
• Working closely with clients and managing their requirements.
• Managing the team and providing necessary training for the timely delivery of the project

• Prepare a detailed checklist of the application procedure, requirements, and timelines for licensing project
• Creating and reviewing regulatory compliance documentation
• Coordinating the creation, review and implementation of policies and procedures resulting from new laws and regulations
  
• Preparing/assessing regulatory reports and other documentation
  
• Identify risks or non-conformity issues
• Identify compliance issues and potential risks.
• Create reports for senior management and external stakeholders
• Experience in writing and completing licensing and other similar applications within the financial services sector such as for banks, finance houses, exchanges, payment services companies, fintech, telecommunications, etc.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide clear direction to team members to achieve objectives

• 10-14 years in the corporate /LPO industry in Regulatory Compliance
• Law Graduate. LLM / CS would be an added advantage. Preference shall be given to a candidate who has worked on projects within the financial services sector
  

• Strong computer skills (proficiency with MS Office, Excel, Word required)
