Job Description
Must Have:
- Proficient in developing and designing APIs in Kong
- Experience in defining overall API architecture, API implementations, integration and deployment of API management platforms
- Strong hands on experience in Kong.
- Publishing and documenting APIs on Kong Developer Portal
- XML, JSON, Web Service technologies (SOAP, REST).
- Troubleshooting API failures.
- 1way and 2way SSL implementation in Kong.
- Onboarding API Clients using Kong developer portal and maintenance of developer portal.
- Good understanding of Kong plugins (mediation, security and traffic management policies).
- Oauth 2.0/OIDC, Basic Auth, JWT, SSO implementation, XML/JSON transformations, logging policies, Caching.
- REST Tools: Postman, Fiddler, Jmeter etc.
