What You Will Achieve

Working with a dynamic team of Logistics and Supply Chain experts, you will play a critical role in planning and managing the efficient flow of products and services through the Pfizer supply chain cycle. You will ensure that the products arrive on time and within acceptable quality parameters meeting the desired marketing and financial objectives. Through your extensive knowledge in logistics management, you will guide the execution and continuous improvement of standard logistics processes and system to meet customer requirements.

As a Senior Associate, your knowledge and skills will contribute towards the goals and objectives of the team. Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing important deliverables on time. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will make it easy to manage difficult issues and help in establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

This position will focus on activities supporting LCZ that includes Customs & Compliance. The role will require deep understanding of LCZ Operations that includes Auditing and Compliance. The position will be the Subject Master Expert and be the first escalation point for the LCZ Operations in Chennai related to this process. It will also require effective communication to independently drive and coordinate with colleagues in predominantly in LCZ site, global functional teams and with the functional teams connected with LCZ Operations.

This position\'s primary responsibility is to ensure the required support is extended to Logistics Center Zaventem on the following:

The position will: * Drive on the Compliance through management of upload and documentation of Third-party Export prices and discounts

• Accountable in creating indirect procurement requests in SAP ARIBA tool
• Ensuring that Certificate of Compliance as part of the requirement of GMP is available from the Manufacturer before the release of goods to the Belgian Authorities
• Support & Compliance:

Ensuring upload and document Third of Party export prices and discounts.

Create and maintain Customer Information Records such as Certificate of Origin, Output Condition Records, Forwarding Instruction Letter, Customer Material Info Records in SAP.

Ensure proper follow-up on Intermediate Document failures of Inbound and Outbound Delivery on weekly basis.

Generate Cross Dock Report to provide information about physical cargo managed by forwarders for all regions.

Generate Logistics service provider and UPS logistics Pre-Expedition Reports to track when packed pallets are shipped to the destination.

Generate Inbound and Outbound Delivery Intermediate Document Failure Reports

Quality: * Ensure that manufacturer has provided Certificate of Compliance (Goods are manufactured in compliance with GMP) to release the goods for Belgian entities.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor\'s Degree
• 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
• Demonstrated experience in Logistics, Documentation related Customs clearance.
• Broad understanding of the supply chain environment
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• System Application & Products experience and functionality from the outset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Master Data concepts and excellent MS Office skills

Nice-to-Have

• Master\'s degree
• Relevant pharmaceutical experience
• Related manufacturing material management experience
• the fluency in any one of French or Dutch language
