Job Description


We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Senior Associate for the Employee Volunteering Program. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing employee volunteering initiatives for various corporates. The Senior Associate will collaborate with various stakeholders to create meaningful and impactful volunteering opportunities that align with our corporate social responsibility goals. Responsibilities Program Development: Lead the development of the Employee Volunteering Program strategy, ensuring alignment with the companys values and social responsibility objectives. Research industry best practices and innovative trends to continually enhance the programs effectiveness. Identify and assess potential nonprofit partners and community organizations for collaboration. Volunteer Engagement: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of volunteer activities, ranging from one-time events to long-term partnerships. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations, community groups, and other external partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations. Outreach, Engage & Work closely with corporates to promote volunteering opportunities and encourage employee participation. Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the Employee Volunteering Program. Regularly track, analyze, and report on program metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements. Content Development: Develop content materials to educate employees about the value of volunteering and how they can contribute. Provide guidance and resources to help employees identify volunteering opportunities that match their skills and interests. Mandatory Qualification and Experience: Masters degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience. 6 months to 1 year of experience in program management, corporate social responsibility, nonprofit engagement, or related roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Proven project management abilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to improve program outcomes. Proficiency in using productivity tools and platforms. Passion for social responsibility and community engagement. Desirable Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent counseling, listening, decision-making and communication skills Experience working in rural or remote zones. Willingness to travel for project work Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease
