Position Purpose
The main objective of this position would be to maintain, implement and administer secure, robust, stable, redundant & support the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Trading Voice and Voice Recording infrastructure. The candidate will be part of a new dynamic team supporting BNPP Front Office Users across multiple systems.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and support the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Trading Voice and Voice Recording Infrastructure
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting as well as BAU activities
\xc2\xb7 Trading Voice Systems support:
o IPC Unigy
\xc2\xb7 Voice Recording Systems support:
o Nice Trading Recording (NTR)
o Nice Fusion
o Verint Verba
\xc2\xb7 Perform ready for business checks.
\xc2\xb7 Troubleshooting any Trading Voice & Recording related issues
\xc2\xb7 Collect metrics for Third Line escalation.
\xc2\xb7 Create reports for Trading Voice Recording Operations and Senior Management teams.
\xc2\xb7 Create reports for Voice Recording Operations and Compliance/Litigation teams.
\xc2\xb7 Adhere to Internal Controls and procedures.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure deadlines and SLA are met.
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with members of the vNOC in other Regions to ensure a continuous effort in resolving issues and knowledge sharing.

Specific Qualifications (if required)
- 5+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar Trading Voice Support Role.
- Holder of IPC Unigy, Verba and NICE (NTR, NTRX) certification is a strong \xe2\x80\x9cplus\xe2\x80\x9d
- CCNA and/or CCNA Voice Certifications is preferred but not mandatory
- Client-oriented, strong communication and organization skills
- Self-starter
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English (Cantonese/Mandarin and/or French are a \xe2\x80\x98plus\xe2\x80\x99)
