About the Department

The Commercial & Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product. In the Diabetes Commercial Unit, we are a passionate team helping 26+ million people with diabetes achieve better health through superior products and solutions. We drive the commercial strategy across a strong portfolio of both launch and life-cycle management products.

The Position

This position will be accountable for to ensure the quality and reliability of our Websites, CLM E-Detailers and Emailers. This role requires strong testing skills in UI development and effective collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Responsible for overall digital asset Quality Assurance and ensuring functionality and proper look & feel in accordance with brief.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance of E-Detailer, Websites and responsible quality assurance on these components and websites once configured.
  • Responsible for Quality Assurance of Emails and Responsible for verifying integrity of emails across a pre-defined set of devices (desktop and mobile(s)) and email clients.
  • Responsible for verifying that asset relationships between the produced materials and our DAM are proper and complete.
  • Contributor to deliver on Content Hub KPI\xe2\x80\x99s and Quality on par with existing agency production, time to market, satisfaction, cost avoidance, content reuse and Insight generation.
Qualification & Experience
  • M.Sc., B.Sc. B.E or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Computer Science, IT Quality, Website Development).
  • 3+ years of experience in quality assurance of Websites, Emailers and E-Detailers, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Experience in manual testing methodologies, including test plan development, test case creation, and defect reporting.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence etc..
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills and comfort in working with different cultures.
  • Industry recognized QA (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification is a plus.
  • Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and LoadRunner is a plus.
