About the Department

The Commercial & Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, market intel, forecasting, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.

The Position

As a Senior Associate Project Manager -AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Authoring, you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties:

You will be involved in preparation of project plan for deliverables in agreed scope, time and costs, while ensuring highest standards of quality output and track project milestones and will be responsible for risk management (identify and mitigate risks). You will co-ordinate with brand advocates, vendors for updating/modifying/deleting resources as per the periodic update timelines.

You will lead all communications from the team and act as a single point of contact for project discussions and demonstrate flexibility when working with stakeholders/agencies in US time zones. You will streamline processes & resources when working on iterative projects along with identifying escalation points and determine when management involvement is necessary.

  • You will develop templates needed for reporting throughout the project life cycle, optimise the same based on stakeholder feedback.
  • You will plan and drive all meetings within the team and with stakeholders and prepare minutes, actions and responsible for follow-up .
  • Be an acknowledged advisor and subject matter expert regarding multichannel asset production with specific focus on best practice guidance, modular content production and reusability.
  • You will be responsible for best quality delivery of website projects.
  • You will understand all steps of website development process & keeps track of all websites under development to ensure quality output as per the project plans & agreements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors/Master Degree (within business, science or engineering) with results in top 10% or other relevant business experience, e.g. from web management firms
  • 3-5 years of experience in multichannel project management and hands-on experience in client management, preferably in healthcare/pharma industry
  • Qualification as PMI-PMPA or PMI-ACPA is preferred but not mandatory
  • A background in working with/understanding AEM Content Management Systems
  • Experience working with Veeva & Microsoft SharePoint projects
  • Manage multiple and entire projects in parallel, meeting all commitments, dealing with all issues and actively driving project decision making
  • Drive project problem solving, including defining and clarifying problems, structuring and prioritising issues, identifying analyses and approach, and developing recommendations
  • Manage and take full ownership of services, including follow-up and manage time, scope and quality
  • Identify and handle all relevant stakeholders within project portfolio and own area of work
  • Understand and use proper communication methods and techniques in relation to project
