Who are we looking for?

BA for one of our biggest client in Financial domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in Business Analyst role and handle role for trade finance.

Technical and Process Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats

\xef\x82\xb7 Documenting Functional requirement Docs, System Requirement Specification and related requirement analysis document.

\xef\x82\xb7 Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications

\xef\x82\xb7 Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications

\xef\x82\xb7 Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes

\xef\x82\xb7 Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement

\xef\x82\xb7 Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

\xef\x82\xb7 Create/Review Test scenarios and Test cases.

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent Domain knowledge on banking and handling in order to analyze the business needs of the customer

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure business stakeholders engagement, product enhancements and new development by understanding business requirements.

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to lead the requirements gathering sessions

\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all business requirements translate and simplify requirements in functional design specification to the development of software applications

\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing user acceptance test cases documents, making Wireframes, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Blue Prints

\xef\x82\xb7 Manage coordinate RFP/RFI\'s, walkthrough presentations and building capability documents and case studies

\xef\x82\xb7 Act as interface between business & delivery team on business solution, effort estimation, capacity planning, and user acceptance testing.

\xef\x82\xb7 Possesses business operations capabilities combined with excellent technical, communication, presentation and client handling skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge in MS Office products such as MS Word, Excel, Visio, SQL etc.

\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills

\xef\x82\xb7 Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work independently and with others

\xef\x82\xb7 Extremely organized with strong time-management skills

Qualification:

\xef\x82\xb7 6 to 8 years experience as Business analyst in Finance domain

\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in Trade finance
