As a Senior Architect, you will be a key contributor to our architectural design team, bringing creativity, technical expertise, and leadership to the projects. Your role involves leading the design process, collaborating with clients, and guiding junior architects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of architectural projects and a proven track record of successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership:
• Lead the design team in the conceptualization, development, and delivery of architectural projects.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and requirements.
• Provide creative and innovative design solutions that align with project objectives.
• Design Expertise:
• Oversee the development of architectural concepts, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure that designs meet aesthetic, functional, and technical requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineers, planners, and other stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
• Client Interaction:
• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the design and development phases.
• Present design concepts and proposals, addressing client feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance:
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to maintain high design standards.
• Conduct regular design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Project Management:
• Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Monitor project timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture.
• Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Excellent design and visualization skills, proficiency in relevant software.
• Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and inspire a design team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building certifications.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
