Deep demonstrable knowledge of technology and architecture across web, mobile, backend services, frontend apps across multiple software languages and frameworks, including deep understanding of various architectural styles like SoA, microservices etc. 2. Excellent client facing skills to be able to understand & extract the customer specifications and analyze/design/architect as per the specs as well as respond to client queries effectively. 3. Skilled in defining technology roadmaps, skill-gap identification in junior architects, communicating feedbacks, creating career plans and mentoring them to succeed in their roles 4. Deep analytical and communication skills to be able to create, propose and be the lead architect to defend the trade-offs, defend design and architectures in client advisories/RFPs and showcase the fitment of proposed high quality solutions with the most efficient, and cost effective comparisons alongside off-the-shelf (COTS) and open-source-softwares(OSS) trade-offs and choice reasonings. 5. Should be able to create excellent documented blueprints(UML)and hands-on code prototypes of platform/application/services design/architecture following EDAs and/or DDD as per TOGAF framework targeting on-prem, cloud and hybrid deployment architectures 6. Develop, document and enforce best practices across all architectural quality attributes. Represent team/project/group/organization in various events/conferences/webinars and publish blogs, white-papers, training videos etc. 7.
