Job Purpose:

To support the development, dissemination, and maintenance of Value & Access (Pricing & Market Access [PMA]) deliverables for in-market, launch and selected key strategic product/s in early portfolio. Deliverables: Critical evaluation of health technology assessment [HTA] reports and/or Pricing Analytics, Analogue analysis, Launch Price Strategy/Launch sequence optimization, IRP impact analysis, Price Forecasts, Briefing Books [BB], and other activities as per business / stakeholders\' requirements for Sandoz

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop optimal knowledge and experience in V&A / HTA / PMA
2. Develop and maintain the qualitative and/or quantitative results as per the business/stakeholders requirements in accordance with the agreed standard process and timelines with minimal guidance for assigned projects
3. Liaise with stakeholders on project schedule/planning of deliverables
4. Ensure that the new associates/junior colleagues deliver quality deliverables by providing guidance and performing QC/review
5. Support stakeholders to conduct payer insight generation activities (e.g. Payer AdBoards / primary market research) as and when required
6. Support cross-functional requests and activities. Support ad-hoc requests and activities
7. Align with and support group\'s project management tool, standards and policies
8. Maintains records for all assigned projects including archiving. Maintains audit, SOP and training compliance

Role Requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:

Education (minimum):

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant scientific field plus graduate degree (Masters or PhD) in relevant subject area (including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, public health, or business management)
Languages:
  • Proficiency in \'English\' is a pre-requisite; while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage
Experience:
  • Pharmaceutical domain knowledge
  • MS-Office skills (MS-Excel, MS-Word, and MS-Power-point)
  • Min 3-4 years conducting PMA or health economic and outcomes research (HE&OR) for pharmaceutical products in pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute; or experience in a closely related field within the pharma industry (e.g. clinical research, statistics, epidemiology, pricing analytics)
  • Ability to work, prioritize, and drive projects independently
