What You\'ll Be Doing: What You\'ll Be Doing: Support key ITSM processes for Enterprise IT Production Operations. Drive initiatives and operational support activities for ITSM practices including, but not limited to, Change, Problem, Service Level, and Incident Management practices. Develop, implement, integrate, and maintain standard ITSM operational procedures across the organization. Collaborate in infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments and drive root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and resolution plans. Create and own functional standard operating procedure documentation. Identify new processes and technical alternatives to resolve problems and/or implement continuous improvement solutions. Deliver training on new and updated ITSM processes. Adhere to and advocate all requirements of IT Policies and Procedures. Contribute to enterprise projects by ensuring milestones are delivered in a timely and high-quality fashion. Coordinate problem resolution across internal support groups, project teams, vendors, suppliers and customers, and escalates issues as needed to overcome roadblocks while accelerating the problem resolution lifecycle Identifies operational, procedural, and technical opportunities to promote effective ITSM continuous improvement. The Experience You\'ll Need (Required): Bachelor\'s degree in an IT-related field. 5+ years of experience in the job offered or ITSM position. 5+ years of expert-level experience with JIRA and collaboration tools such as Confluence and SharePoint. Hands-on experience in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness. Experience with ITSM practices while leading enterprise adoption of standardized tools and processes. Proficient functional documentation skills and experience in presenting ideas and solutions. Self-starter with the initiative to look for efficiency gains and process improvements. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively. Ability to build trust and form effective relationships with team members and stakeholders. Have worked in a global environment with a passion for proactive analysis and comfortable challenging teams to achieve the desired results. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently to prioritize and execute tasks. Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility - responsibilities may require evening and weekend work. Finishing Touches (Preferred): ITIL Foundations certification Experience working with audit, privacy, and security requirements, including SOX, SOC2, and HIPAA Understanding of Project management standards Experience working with global and remote teams Ability to understand application architecture including upstream and downstream data flows Previous healthcare industry experience Mandatory Requirements: We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router.
