What experience, skills and qualifications are required :
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required is
4-6 years of experience in employee benefits management, data management, employee administration, etc
Proficiency in using computer systems, including spreadsheets, databases, and benefits administration software
Strong knowledge and understanding of employee benefits programs, data management, compensation, related
terminologies, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with key stakeholders, vendors, and clients
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with utmost care and confidentiality and understanding of data
protection regulations
