Job Summary Sr. Analyst, Configuration Management (CMDB) will oversee and lead Configuration Management governance, health, and maturity initiatives, leveraging process expertise to drive results. The Sr. Analyst will be instrumental in developing service strategy and is responsible for the design, communication, and enforcement of CMDB, Asset and Change Management Processes and Integrations to support cybersecurity resilience and IT Operational needs. Job Responsibilities . Manage the CMDB process strategy and plan in collaboration with the IT change and Operational teams . Identify, recognize, and analyze potential CMDB process issues from current and historical data. . Monitor CMDB- IRE integrations and work with teams to fix issues . Develop a road map to mature the change, CMDB/Asset management processes. . Research and propose process, policy, or technology recommendations to align with road map maturity model and strategy . Prepare for and participate in control reviews and internal/external audit engagements . Utilize ServiceNow to support all process management, reporting, and governance activities . Prepare management reports for insight into process performance, adherence to policy and process, and CMDB effectiveness . Apply data health skills across the platform and monitor and maintain health dashboards. Qualifications . Overall 8+ years with minimum of 6 years\' experience in ITIL processes and working in ServiceNow environment . Minimum 5 years\' experience with the ServiceNow platform . Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or equivalent experience required . ITIL v3 foundation practitioner level certification preferred Strong background on the ServiceNow CMDB Platform and capabilities. Must have Knowledgeable of industry practices and trends for Change, CMDB and Asset management. . Must have Experience working in IT Change Management and understanding of Changes and lifecycles Proficient in data model design for CMDB, including the creation of relationships, data flows and conceptual and logical data models, data dictionaries Proficient in Service-Now IRE and knowledgeable of the platform\'s capabilities to interface with other complementary tools Axonius experience preferred ITIL certification preferred Get to know Syneos Health Over the past 5 years, we have worked with 94% of all Novel FDA Approved Drugs, 95% of EMA Authorized Products and over 200 Studies across 73,000 Sites and 675,000+ Trial patients.
