Location(s)Bangalore, KarnatakaCompanyMolexCareer FieldSupply ChainJob Number154170Your JobCelonis Data Engineering , Data Modelling , Data extractionOur TeamTo work in a global delivery model with cross-functional and cross-geographical teams managing large, confidential and complex data sets, Work closely with the business to apply advanced analysis for Process Discovery, conformance, and KPI monitoring to identify process drivers for deviations, create target-oriented analyses to transform business process, Interpreting the findings, drawing conclusions and recommendations, Identify process improvement opportunities, such as improving metrics including throughput, cycle times, cost of poor quality and rework rates, Estimate, prioritize, and present financial and qualitative benefits of process optimization/automation to business partners in an actionable way to enable transformation of existing processes and Driving completion of services and deliverables.What You Will Do1. Work with Business Analysts/business SMEs to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.2. Utilize Process Mining Tool - Celonis to Identify and surface opportunities to optimize Supply Chain Processes.3. Scale and drive adoption across our enterprise and realize savings and business impact4. Monitor process performance and track transformation initiatives within the Transformation Centre.5. Identify process enhancement and improvement opportunities to set up and configure the Action Engine and Transformation Centre in Celonis.6. Identify all the source systems, tables, and fields to be fed to Celonis.7. Develop dashboards in ServiceNow to monitor daily activities, leadership views and bring insights about Customer satisfaction.8. Have good understanding of P2P business and be able to understand the upstream and downstream processes.9. Connect, Extract, transform, and load data from multiple source systems to create the data model.10. Write performant, scalable and easy to understand SQL queries and optimize existing ones, as well as other parts of data pipelines.11. Design and build new Process Connectors in Celonis, improve & extend existing connectors.12. Well versed with Process Query Language to write data from process mining engine and build process mining analysis and dashboards.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)REQUIRED: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s DegreePREFERRED: \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA or related graduate degreeREQUIRED: \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s DegreePREFERRED: \xe2\x80\xa2 MBA or related graduate degreeWhat Will Put You Ahead

• Have knowledge on ETL solutions and Database.

• Good Supply Chain understanding

• Work as Techno-Functional analyst and help to understand the business requirement and user stories.

• Perform the required Data Extraction, Data Modelling and Analysis.

• Excellent communication and listening skills including the ability to understand the needs of internal customers

• Team player, ability to work with multiple locations throughout the world

• High energy and self-motivated \xe2\x80\xa2 6+ Years of recent SQL coding experience with extensive experience in ETL processes

• Understanding of ETL jobs, data warehouses/lakes, data modelling, schema design

• Strong experience with relational databases and data modelling; with prior Celonis platform experience

• Celonis Certified and expertise with Cloud version.

• Experience in business intelligence, data engineering, business analytics or a similar field.

• Exposure to Query language (e.g., PQL) \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and client handling skills

• Experience of projects in any Area of supply chain

• SQL, Python, R or any other scripting Language

• Experience designing and building end to end technical solutions for complex system problems
