What are we looking for
Transformation Leaders acts as a bridge between field teams (FLS, ACH, CH, RH) and the Central transformation team (Agency Strategy team) in transformation journey
What does the job entails
Key Responsibilities:
Dual Responsibility:o Direct execution in their assigned brancheso Supervise and develop ATMs reporting to them
Team Leadership:o Own the recruitment, development, and performance of assigned ATMso Address ATM vacancies and ensure full staffing
Governance & Oversight:o Ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives by both self and ATMso Lead cadence calls; report adoption rates, feedback, and progress to zonal and central stakeholders
Stakeholder Alignment: Proactively engage sales (ACH, CH, RH & ZH) and support teams to drive transformation alignment and momentum
Work Experience
10+ year's experience in Sales / Sales training.Team handling experience of 5+ years.
Essential Qualification
Any Graduate
Preferred Skills
Must be good in the following.
- Excel/Macros- Power point presentations- MIS report generation
