“AOP 2022” JD:
We are looking for a Subject Market Expert in the area of Reliability Engineering of Assets. The reliability SME should have 10-15 years’ experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry, and thorough knowledge of the working principles and fault modes of fluid thermal machinery such as compressors, pumps, gas and steam turbines, diesel engines, heat exchangers etc. The SME shall have rich experience troubleshooting and maintaining such equipment on the field. A Reliability SME will have to provide various insights to asset model development team data and numbers by collecting and analyzing key data metrics from processes or assets. Using these they can prepare statistical analysis, charts, drawings, and reports to help illustrate and showcase potential issues within a product/asset lifecycle or business process and how to improve it.
Responsibilities
Support the software development team with, and make routine improvements in, fault models of various industrial equipment. Participate in discussions with customer facing teams to arrive at technical approach to fault monitoring, especially when new / custom equipment or systems are involved. Develop models from scratch for new kinds of equipment in areas where business opportunities exist.
