Reporting to Manager & the role involves, What a typical day looks like: Understands and is competent in full range of techniques for eliciting business requirements, and demonstrates ability to select and utilize most effective approach for each requirements gathering assignment . Recognizes and effectively engages all stakeholder groups necessary for successful requirements gathering . Facilitates cross-functional business requirement gathering sessions . Acts like a consultant in guiding the business groups by helping them understand the software applications, SDLC and change management process. Research complex business problems and propose automated solutions to improve operations and processes efficiency. Accurately defines dependencies, constraints, assumptions and risks Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business/customer\'s requirements. ommunicate with users to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation. The experience we\'re looking to add to our team: Any Bachelor / Master degree with Min 3-6Yrs of experience in IT. Strong experience of 2-3Yrs in SQL Developer, Stored procedures, Triggers, Functions. 3 to 4 years\' experience as a BA with demonstrated business analysis experience Able to analyze and write the SQL according to the issues and requirements respectively. Experience and general knowledge of computerized databases, supply chain management and process guidelines Demonstrates basic functional, technical and people and/or Demonstrates skills in functional/ technical area. Use of the following tools may be required: Office Skills: telephones, data entry, and office software to include word processing, spreadsheets, presentation package and database systems. Communication, analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, team worker, proactive and prepositive. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Highly organized, detail oriented and creative problem solver. Strong analytical and problem solving Skills. Good working experience in support role. Good to have / willing to learn the BI tools like Denodo, Microstrategy (MSTR), Tableau & any databases Rotational Shifts (7am-4pm / 2pm-11pm).
