Job Responsibilities:

• Validating organization name and location of the industries, hospitals and universities related to medicines.
• Creating organization/location by verifying its presence in country specific business register and various other sources like DUNS, Infoclipper and Google etc.,
• Modify/update the data available in OMS database based on information received from different internal systems.
• Make sure address/location is valid based on country specific postal services.
• Coordinate with the customers in handling industry/hospital/university information\'s as per their requests.
• Identify duplicate records in the system and merge them accordingly.

Qualifications

Should have a bachelor degree in life science with minimum 2 years of experience in relevant fields

What we\'re looking for

• Bachelor\'s Degree in life science, registered nurse, pharmacist or an equivalent combination of education and experience that gives the individual the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
• Safety and Pharmacovigilance experience preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Visio, email (Outlook), TeamShare (or other management/shared content/workspace) and internet.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Ability to successfully prioritize and work on multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational and documentation skillsx
• Able to make effective decisions
• Detailed oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of ICH guidelines, GVP and regulations relating to Safety and Pharmacovigilance
