DESCRIPTION SPS Associate Advisor will be responsible for improving the performance of the team on all key deliverables through quality support and coaching. - Candidate must promote a culture of innovation in the team. - Associate Advisors are expected to effectively drive process changes in their teams and ensure process adherence. - Associate Advisor should have the zeal to work on team or site level initiatives. - Identifies any Sev2/ tool issues impacting team, vendor experience and raise a flag when appropriate and proposes solutions that remove barriers to enable resolutions for Vendors Possesses knowledge expertise in several skills/platforms and specialties with the ability to share that knowledge with others and has ability to multi-task utilizing a wide variety of software tools, review policies and communicate effective solutions - Drives process changes effectively in their team, ensures process compliance and adoption of tools, changes in policy, etc. Associate Engagement Provides timely, well documented, specific & action plan oriented coaching & corrective guidance on all quality metrics with focus on building self-sufficiency and accountability in the team - Drives timely quality audit completion and calibration - Serves as the first resolution point for Associates, provides accurate and timely resolution and assists associates in diagnosing technical, operational, system and process issues Drives excellence in Associate experience, is highly-energetic, approachable, co-operative and a great team player, possesses great process proficiency and good in managing time We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bangalore, KA, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of ASSR process.
