r Roles and Responsibilities
r
r Scheduling and arranging appointment with the customers/clients
r
r Reception and Job Order creation
r
r Co-ordinate between the customer & garage
r
r Check repairs and execution of ongoing work with garages
r
r Quality control and preparation for vehicle delivery
r
r Vehicle on time delivery and billing to customer
r
r Planning of Existing and new customer acquisition
r
r planning to improve market share and improve overall customer satisfaction
r
r Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management
r
r Process implementation for cost control
r
r Desired Candidate Profile
r
r 1-5 years of experience in after sales service
r
r Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering
r
r Good communication skills Knowledge of Automobile Service Industry
r
r Experience of handling at least 30-35 cars at one time
r
r
Education: BE/ B.Tech (Engineering), Diploma-Other Diplomar -r Mechanicalr r r (Mechanical, Automobile, Mechanicalr r r )
Industry: Automobiles/Auto Component/Auto Ancillary
