ob Title: Sponsorship Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Medical Publications and Events Department: Sales & Marketing Reports To: General Manager Sales Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad Position Type: Full-Time Objective: To drive revenue growth through securing sponsorships for medical publications and related events. The ideal candidate will have experience in publishing sales or the healthcare industry, possess a deep understanding of the medical publication landscape, and have a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify & Prospect: Research and identify potential sponsors in the pharmaceutical and related industries. 2. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing sponsors, ensuring long-term collaborations. 3. Sales Presentations: Create and present tailored sponsorship packages to potential sponsors, highlighting the value proposition of the medical publications. 4. Negotiation: Work with sponsors to finalize agreements and ensure all parties\xe2\x80\x99 needs are met. 5. Collaborate: Work closely with the editorial and event teams to ensure sponsor needs are met in terms of content and exposure. 6. Reporting: Track and report sales activities, ensuring targets are met or exceeded. 7. Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends to offer relevant sponsorship opportunities. 8. Event Participation: Attend medical and industry events to network and identify potential sponsors. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Medicine or Health would be an added advantage. 2. Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or publication sales. 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 4. Strong understanding of the medical publication industry. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Ability to travel, as needed. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Established network in the pharmaceutical industry. 2. Experience in event sponsorship sales. 3. Knowledge of medical jargon and trends. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9100,000.00 per year Benefits:
