We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Spm Machine Assembly Incharge to lead our assembly team in constructing Special Purpose Machines. The ideal candidate will ensure the accurate and efficient assembly of complex machinery while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of assembly technicians in the construction of Special Purpose Machines.
- Ensure that machinery assembly is executed according to engineering designs and specifications.
- Oversee quality control processes and perform quality checks to guarantee the final product\'s accuracy and reliability.
- Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to resolve any component or material issues during assembly.
- Maintain a safe and organized assembly environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Implement and enforce proper documentation and record-keeping for assembly processes.
- Troubleshoot and provide technical support to resolve assembly-related issues.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance assembly efficiency and quality.
- Diploma/ITI in mechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in assembly of Special Purpose Machines or similar complex machinery.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in machinery assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and schematics.
