Job Summary: The Assembly engineer-Leader should help the organization to attain its Manufacturing & Quality goals by maintaining the strict Quality systems like 5S, ISO in the organization. Responsibilities and Duties: Policies & Procedures

• Enhancing productivity by following 5S Method and strictly maintaining its rules in the entire Assembly area.

• Following the ISO Policies & Procedures in all the Assembly & Testing Process without any deviation.

• Implement Kaizen in assembly shop floor to attain continuous improvement in Material, Manpower and Tools.

• Submit and Maintaining the Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI report for Production.

• Review of Weekly Plan Vs Actual to be followed strictly on every Saturday.

Production Activities:

• Attain the Weekly/Monthly basis Production Plan to meet the Organization Goals which is received from Manufacturing Manager.

• Update and Streamlined the Standard Assembly Procedures which is approved by R&D in all aspects against Assembly, Testing and Dispatch on weekly basis.

• Train, Guide and Monitor to all the assembly engineers to improve their efficiency to attain Weekly/Monthly Goals. Submit the weekly Job card Report in Click up.

• Submit and close the planned assembly Vs Actual of production progress to Factory Manager with the help of Click up Job Cards on daily basis.

• Reduce the customer complaint and ensure ZERO Defect free product delivery.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month Benefits:
