Responsibilities: Design, develop, implement Splunk solutions to meet the organization\'s data analytics and monitoring needs. Customize Splunk Apps and dashboards Proficient in Splunk Query Language Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts and system administrators, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain Splunk apps, dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide actionable insights and facilitate decision-making. Configure and optimize data inputs, parsing, and indexing processes to ensure efficient and accurate data collection and indexing. Create and manage data models, knowledge objects, and field extractions to enhance data analysis capabilities. Implements integration with external system Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Splunk with other systems and tools, such as data warehouses, SIEM solutions, or IT service management platforms. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of Splunk applications and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues. Builds advanced visualizations Stay updated with the latest Splunk features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously enhance the organization\'s Splunk implementation. Develop and maintain documentation, including design specifications, configuration guides, and troubleshooting procedures. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders on Splunk-related matters. Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong experience in developing and implementing solutions using Splunk Enterprise, including Splunk Search Processing Language (SPL), Splunk App Framework, and Splunk Web Framework. Proficiency in configuring and managing various aspects of Splunk, such as data inputs, parsing, indexing, and search optimization. Knowledge of IT operations, security, and network infrastructure concepts. Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript is a must for Splunk automation/customization and integration. Experience in scripting languages like Python /PowerShell is a plus Familiarity with data modeling, field extractions, and data normalization techniques in Splunk. Understanding of database concepts and SQL queries. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Splunk certifications, such as Splunk Certified Developer, Splunk Certified Architect, or Splunk Certified Admin, are a plus.
