Job Summary

  • Full Stake Tech Lead - Expert in Workflow Automation Tools like PEGA, Assemble Tool kit,
  • Java / Spring boot family / Microservice / React / Angular /Kubernetes - OpenShift
  • Added PEGA Technical expertise, performing analysis of client requirements, provide solution architecture and design.
  • Guiding the decisioning team members and deliver a variety of decisioning/customer service resolutions using full PEGA suite of technologies to optimise the design, cost, performance considering a strategic view
  • Have knowledge and experience working in PEGA 8 for both Classic UI and COSMOS UI
Responsibilities
  • Solution, architect, and design solutions keeping big picture in mind, meeting or exceeding best practices
  • Understand current, future business needs and develop roadmap keeping complexity, feasibility, business value of
  • Estimate effort
  • Review and approve design and logic configurations
  • Ability to communicate effectively with leadership as well as peers and other team members
  • Mentoring vendor partners on project cadence and technology ramp up
  • Work with the Product Owners, SME\'s to assess product opportunities and recommend the best solution to the requirements
  • Work with the scrum master and Tech BA\xe2\x80\x99s to map the requirements to the product/platform
  • Have a platform strategic mindset with optimised design
  • Engage with enterprise information and software architects to confirm solutions are consistent with the long-term architecture, roadmaps and information principles where necessary
  • Prepare the Solution Intent with proposed design, data flow, architecture flow etc., and present to the Architecture Review Council \xe2\x80\x93 negotiate the best practise from platform perspective and getting aligned with the bank Architecture principles
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, data flow and architecture for solutions developed
  • Continuous innovation of our platform design and engineering methods
  • Deliver high rates of safe, successful, change on the platform
  • Re-use existing Approved Technology stack than re-inventing from the scratch
Strategy
  • The lead technical architect will play a primary controller role to ensure all design and architecture is as per the SCB standards in line with 2023 tech strategy
Business
  • The main business is CFCC regulatory compliance. The business objective is to meet the requirements pertaining to regulatory change management.
Processes
  • Ensure the technical consistency of solutions in the Squad with the business architecture
  • Develop squad competency by working with Agile Coach and Chapter Leads
  • Define and prioritise the Squad\xe2\x80\x99s technology roadmap (what is done first and what later)
  • Work with architects to implement architecture and integration standards with architects
  • Ensure that other technology leaders are sufficiently involved, e.g. invited to regular Squad Show & Tells
People & Talent
  • Be servant leaders to the Squad
  • Keep constant alignment with the other Scrum masters to anticipate dependencies and help in providing context to manage priorities.
  • Understand if the team\'s capacity is the correct one for the needed roadmap execution and needed corrective actions with engineering managers to have the optimal resources.
  • Remove blockers and help identifying potential improvements and work with the Tribe\xe2\x80\x99s agile coach and the engineering managers.
  • Participate in the preparation of production outputs and their planning
Risk Management
  • The ability to identify key risk and issues based on requirements and put in place appropriate controls and measures. If needed raise a CRISP Risk in the risk portal and manage the risk effectively and work to close the risk if any
Governance
  • Comply with all governance activities which are pre-requisite for go live. Provide relevant information and seek approvals from Architecture and governance forums.
