Role Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

This role is a mix blend of Risk Data Visualaization dashboard development & Data Preparation using Python Jupyter Notebook & Presto SQL Views. It involves design, development of Tableau dashabords to present Risk numbers. Knowledge or experience in working with Tableau Java Script API & Tableau Server administration is desirable. Functions include both new Tableau dashabord development & BAU support for legacy dashabords. Responsibilities include accurate & thorough documentation of data lineage for dashbaords.

Strategy

  • Support new Business requests through Product programmes and Country addendums
  • Look for possibilities of leveraging on synergy within the various process through automation thereby bringing in improvements
Key Responsibilities
  • This role will be focusing on a web development for a new internal online dashboard reporting platform. It requires for the ability to work both within a team environment and independently, critical thinking and entrepreneurship
Business
  • Implement adequate data quality Operational Risk Controls in BAU processes and ensure Audit readiness
  • Lead and deliver the requirements of the Group in compliance to regulatory principals

  • Ensure backup staff is identified and trained. Ensure succession planning for the processes handled at GBS
Risk Management

  • Managing project testing in accordance with the bank\xe2\x80\x99s defined agile delivery framework, complying with the Governance Policy and the System Delivery Framework

  • Business problem analysis & Tabelau Visualization solution design
  • Tableau dahabord development & maintenace of legacy Tableau dashabord
  • Knownlege or experince of working with Tableau Java Script APIs & Tableau Server administration
  • PythonJupyter Notebook & SQL programming for data solution development
  • Data debugging & Data Reconciliation to support data investigation
  • Documentation of Data lineage for dashbaords
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Proficiency with dashboard development with good sense of art, preferable in Tableau, other visualization tools e.g., Power BI, QlikView will also be beneficial.
  • Proficiency with SQL and Python.
Other qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience, proven experience with DevOps.
  • Experience with Agile concept and development
  • Banking business knowledge, risk management or IFRS9 knowledge is a valuable plus
  • Keen to understand business knowledge, self-motivated and able to work both alone or with team together
  • Good communication skills
