About the role:

- You will be responsible for planning and monitoring regional car refurbishing / reconditioning targets in coordination with the central refurb team.

- You will be working closely with Stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and improve team effectiveness.

- You will be working on ensuring smooth execution of pre-defined processes and identifying new avenues to improve employee performance, by understanding business value propositions end-to-end .

Ideal Candidate:

- An ideal candidate would be a hardworking and enterprising individual, with good analytical and communication skills, who is interested in working in an entrepreneurial setup.

- Interested candidates must have a good first principles thinking approach, backed by a mission driven execution focus and outcome-oriented point of view.

- Interested candidates must be good at establishing new and managing existing relationships with regional channel partners.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for end to end execution of regional car refurbishment / reconditioning strategy

- Working with City & central strategy team on performance monitoring and improvement capabilities

- Lead a team of executives to manage refurbishment / reconditioning processes for all cars

- Developing and maintaining relations with service centers and workshops in the region

- Deep understanding of the local car servicing market, OEM spare parts supply chain etc.

- Work with City teams to constantly adapt plans and execute in synergy

- Ensure car maintenance, service etc. activities are completed within SLA

Requirements:

- 4 - 6 yrs. of professional work experience, preferably at workshops, floor manager, warehouse > Deep understanding of operations

- Good stakeholder management skills

- Excellent written, communication, research and analytical skills

- Ability to think creatively about business problems and come up with solutions

- Problem-solving abilities that adapt to a variety of situations

- Overseeing day-to-day activities in the facility
